Our client is a leading multinational in the French food industry; one of its plants, located in the Normandy region, focuses part of its dairy operations on fresh and plant-based dairy products.
At this site, our client had to undertake work to upgrade its cooling systems. It therefore called on its installer—who is accustomed to working with Coolworld—to cool its production process, particularly its ice tank, in order to keep its production lines running.
The solution implemented consisted of five rented chillers, each delivering 600 kW (at -1°C), along with two plate heat exchangers.
In addition to our fully remotely manageable units, we also installed a system of monitored sensors on the heat exchangers, both on the primary and secondary circuits.
This allowed both the customer and us to remotely view temperature curves, monitor the proper operation of our equipment, and, consequently, the customer’s production process.
Advantage of this solution: our new chillers, which comply with the Eco-Design Directive and feature Full INVERTER technology, are currently the most energy-efficient and quietest on the rental market.
