Our client, an installer specializing in commercial and industrial refrigeration, contacted us on an urgent basis to provide a turnkey solution to maintain the temperature in a cold storage warehouse.
Location
The end client, located in the Bouches-du-Rhône region—specifically in Aix-en-Provence—was at risk of suffering significant financial losses if the temperature in its cold storage facility could not be maintained.
Challenge
We had to propose a nearly immediate solution to condense CO2 using three heat exchangers.
Proposed Solution
Coolworld therefore proposed a rental solution incorporating two 480-kW inverter-driven glycol water production units, as well as two 310-kW glycol water production units set to -10°C, for a comprehensive solution providing 1,580 kW of cooling capacity at -10°C.
Customer Benefits
No loss of merchandise and the ability to continue operating the warehouse while the heat exchangers were being reconditioned. Rent with complete peace of mind thanks to the “Coolworld on Site” service, which allows our customers to remotely monitor Coolworld Rental chillers (alarms, temperatures, energy consumption, etc.).
