Coolworld is aware of the cybersecurity incident involving remote monitoring software used in refrigeration systems early November 2026.
The vulnerability currently being reported in the media relates to a component from a third-party supplier and was outside Coolworld’s direct control. Only a limited number of Coolworld units were affected, and Coolworld responded promptly and took appropriate measures.
Where necessary, we are working closely with our customers to provide the required support, and we do not comment on individual cases. Our priority is, and remains, to support our customers and ensure the reliable operation of our refrigeration systems.
