Sales Office Coordinator
As a Sales Office Coordinator, I am tasked with providing support to the Sales Engineers. I delegate the requests and actions to Sales Engineers and ensure that the process runs smoothly.
The main reason I joined Coolworld was the organisation and the challenges presented by renting out products. I have a background in business as well as cooling technology. As a Sales Office Coordinator at Coolworld, I can combine my know-how and experience perfectly.
Working as Sales Office Coordinator at Coolworld
All requests for temporary cooling and/or heating systems arrive with our department. My task is to prepare leads for the external Sales Engineers and to provide support to them in the advice they give to clients and potential clients in the Netherlands. If a Sales Engineer has promised to send the customer some product literature, I make sure that the client actually gets it.
Every day is different
At the moment, everything I do is a big challenge because I’ve not been working for long in this job at Coolworld. All my experiences here are unusual, because everything is new.
Being at the ready for the client
The contact I have with customers and with colleagues brings about solutions which make my work so enjoyable. A customer will present you with a problem and I go in search of a solution internally. In the short time I’ve been working at Coolworld I’ve noticed that colleagues, otherwise each with their own personalities, are able to work together as a close team. After all, everyone has the same goal: if the client has a problem, we all have to ensure that we can provide a solution as quickly as possible, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Vis-à-vis clients, Coolworld presents itself as the 'best student in the class', not in an aggressive way, but with a listening ear and helping to ensure that the best possible solution is found.
My vision for the future
My ambitions at Coolworld are to develop within the organisation and to expand opportunities for the company in the rental market. The latter also applies to establishing Coolworld’s name amongst contractors and facility companies, because that’s where I believe our greatest opportunities lie.
