Job Description
Savona had out grown their current frozen storage facility and wanted an option to pallet and product pick a range of frozen products.
After an initial site survey was carried out it was agreed the Coolworld product: Mega 40 triple was the ideal solution to fix their problem. Speaking to Mike Morgan, Savona’s Operations Director, Coolworld understood he wanted a frozen cold store that would give him room to control his stock.
Concerns
One concern was the fridge units had to be very efficient and have low running costs and good insulated boxes. Coolworld supplied there Thermo king Magnum plus units. The capacity of these units allowed Coolworld to fit only two on a cold store which was 40ft x 24ft.
Solution
The Coolworld installation team arrived on site with three refrigerated sections and lifted into place. The unit was up and running in just over 2 days.
In addition to this Coolworld supplied there Rmoni internet system giving on line temperature monitoring with email and text alarm system for peace of mind.
