Emergency Cold Storage Solution for Reliable Food Storage
Our client, a leading French furniture and home decor company, offers on-site dining through a restaurant open to customers. To address a breakdown in its refrigeration system, we had to make an emergency delivery at 5 a.m. to ensure the cold storage rooms were operational for product storage and meal preparation.
Maintaining the correct temperature using our cold rooms (at positive or negative temperatures, as needed) is an essential step in the catering process. Precise temperature control for food products is crucial to prevent spoilage. Only through this temperature-control solution can the optimal quality of products, as well as their organoleptic properties, be guaranteed. Thanks to our shared European fleet and the responsiveness of our teams, our solutions can be deployed in just a few hours. Our product line also includes refrigeration and freezing containers that use CO₂ as a non-flammable and environmentally friendly refrigerant.
We have thus made available, on an overnight basis, two RF20c containers pre-set to the required temperature so they are ready for use with all the options necessary for the smooth operation of the customer’s process: 2 access ramps designed to facilitate handling, 8 power extension cords, each 25 meters long, and a temperature of -20°C for freezing the food required for their preparations.
Our client was fully satisfied with the responsiveness of our teams, as well as with the advice provided and the quality of the equipment supplied.
